Green Toys is an American toy manufacturer based in California. All their toys start out as recycled plastic milk containers. The containers are reprocessed into high-density polyethylene (or HDPE). HDPE is considered to be one of the cleanest, safest plastics around.

One of the best things about Green Toys is that, according to the company, they are actually recyclable at end of life. That's because Green Toys don't have any metal axles, screws, paints or additives. They are one hundred percent plastic and therefore can be recycled and re-purposed into something else.
